Our Team
Jay Pendarvis
As the Co-founder of Enclave Holdings, a strategic M&A platform dedicated to acquiring and scaling small to mid-sized companies that support the U.S. Intelligence Community. His mission is to preserve mission-critical capabilities while unlocking new growth and enterprise value for investors, partners, and government customers. Jay also serves as President of JWP Consulting, where he spent over a decade advising government contractors on both buy and sell-side M&A transactions. He led a team that provided pipeline creation, proposal development, acquisition preparation, and due diligence support, facilitating over $100M in transaction volume. Jay also co-founded 5i Cloud Solutions, where they deliver enterprise service management and cloud engineering solutions to Federal and commercial agencies, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Earlier in his career, he founded Cerebral Solutions, a multi-million-dollar provider of big data and network solutions for the Intelligence Community, which was later acquired. With over 30 years of experience, Jay brings deep expertise in M&A, strategic growth, and federal market leadership. He is a graduate of Lincoln University and Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) Program. Outside of work, Jay serves as Board Treasurer for The Leah Hood Foundation, supporting initiatives to combat domestic violence.
Les Williams
Les is a Certified Risk Manager with over 20 years of experience in strategic enterprise risk management, engineering, enterprise sales and marketing, and M&A.; Mr. Williams’ expertise is advising government contractors on cyber risk, including developing response plans leading to more resilient outcomes. His work has gained international attention as a frequent contributor on the radio broadcast BBC Business Matters, where he discussed emerging issues impacting global economies such as human capital management and supply chain innovation. Les was the co- founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Risk Cooperative (acquired by Ensurise), a risk management and insurance brokerage firm specializing in helping clients in the government contracting space navigate emerging risks such as cyber, healthcare, political risk, regulatory reform, and other complex domestic and global risks. Prior to Risk Cooperative, he worked in engineering and sales at Ford Motor Company and IBM. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School, where he served as class co-president, and The University of Virginia’s Rodman Scholars Engineering Program.
Robert L. Henry
Robert is an accomplished executive and investor with over three decades of distinctive experience in private equity, banking, and law. Robert is the Founder of River House Capital Partners, a private investment firm that targets middle market investment opportunities in business services, technology, digital infrastructure, and industrials. Most recently, Robert was a Senior Advisor in the Private Capital Group at McKinsey where he advised senior financial sponsor and corporate clients in the U.S. and abroad on value creation, growth, M&A, corporate finance, strategy, and transformation. He partnered with investors and leaders of large and mid-sized companies in TMT, business services, IT services, and industrials to drive outsized results. He was the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Co-Head of Information Services. Robert was also a senior member of the Software, Business Services, Digital Infrastructure (Data Centers / GenAI Strategy & new business service line), and Private Credit Teams.
Prior to McKinsey, Robert spent more than two decades primarily in leadership roles in private equity and investment banking at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Joshua Partners, and DLJ in industries spanning TMT, digital infrastructure, fintech, business services, consumer goods, and industrials. Robert has served as a Board member of portfolio companies and interim CEO and CFO.
Robert is a graduate of Harvard's JD-MBA program and Harvard College where he was a Henry Russell Shaw Fellow in France and England. Robert currently serves as a Director at IRIS Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: IRAB). Robert is a member of the State Bars of NY and MA.
Paul Nolde
Paul Nolde has over two decades of experience in the banking, finance, and venture capital sectors, serving in multiple business development and management roles. He is the President and CEO of 757 Collab, a Virginia-based innovation network designed to help founders launch, grow, and scale startups. 757 Collab includes The Defense Technology Accelerator (DTA), a program helping early-stage startups accelerate dual-use technologies for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The DTA bridges the gap between commercial innovators and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement efforts, focusing on areas like unmanned surface vehicle enablers, multi-domain targeting, electromagnetic spectrum monitoring, decision advantage, and expeditionary mine countermeasures.
An ardent supporter of Virginia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, Paul was recently appointed by the Governor to the board of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Partnership Authority. He received his B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Errin Green
Errin Green is the majority owner and CEO of RER Solutions, Inc., a professional services firm that provides support to several U.S. federal departments and agencies including the Department of Energy, Small Business Administration, and the Army. Over the past 11 years, Errin has repositioned and led the company through a substantial period of growth.
Prior to acquiring her ownership interest in RER, Errin was an Associate Partner in Gallup’s Government Practice. Errin began her professional career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, providing management consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 companies on a variety of topics including strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and branding.
Errin graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She received her Master’s in Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Nicholas Jordan
Nicholas Jordan is the Managing Partner of Capitol Bridge, where he leads the federal and state government contractor through a decade of sustained organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded to employ more than 2,000 professionals across 35 states, with regional offices in Washington, D.C., Arlington, Columbia, Bogalusa, Rochester, and Isabela.
Prior to founding Capitol Bridge, Nicholas built deep expertise in financial strategy and public policy through roles at Deloitte Consulting, Citigroup’s Investment Banking division, and on Capitol Hill. This diverse background informs his approach to driving growth and navigating complex government and regulatory environments.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Nicholas has a strong record of civic engagement. He has served as a Trustee for the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce PAC and has been a trusted economic development advisor to multiple state Governors and Attorneys General.
